I show no taxes Due to NYS and a $200 credit for service in Vol Fire Co. Why does my refund say $0 ???

same situation in 2019 received a $200 refund, Why different this year ?

It could be that the $200 credit was applied to your tax and the balance is then zero. Also, you may have chosen to have your refund applied to the following year's tax.

You should go back through your state return and towards the end you will see a question regarding having your refund applied to next year. Make sure you answered that question correctly.
