I Still Can't Find Anywhere to Submit the NYS IT-204-LL form On Turbo Tax

This has been beyond frustrating. There are no instructions on how to do this and it's due by 3/15. It needs to be filed separately from our personal taxes. It's a simple form, but it is not mandatory that it is submitted online through an approved tax service. All we need to do is pay a $25 fee, but it seems to be impossible to do this with Turbo Tax.

According to this NYS website, TurboTax Business is NOT an approved software provider for e-filing of the 2023 Form IT-204-LL:

Yes it is on the approved list. It’s the 4th from the bottom and Turbo Tax also has it listed as an available form. Unfortunately 99% of the people on here don’t seem to be able to access it and the Tubro Tax Chat people don’t seem to know what they are doing or where to find it either.
