Have you called the state revenue department and inquired? From what I see on these boards and my own experience in NC, I would not get impatient until 12 weeks has passed from the time you filed

Yes i have called and they keep telling me 90 days which it has been 3 months and havnt received my refund yet i just want to know when iam getting it or if iam getting it at all

TurboTax does not receive any information about your return after it has been filed and accepted. Sorry, but no one at TurboTax can tell you when you will receive your state refund. Only your state taxing authority can tell you what is going on with it.
