I thought the state of Connecticut just allowed fee E filling of taxes for 2019

    From the Connecticut website you can e-file the state return for free - https://drsindtax.ct.gov/AUT/welcomeindividual.aspx

     

    If you use the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions there is an e-file charge for each state return e-filed (except for New York) that is currently $24.99.  This charge can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.
