It sounds like you are still trying to file your state income tax return for 2019?

If this is correct, you will need to mail your state tax return in. It cannot be electronically filed as the online software can only be used to prepare the 2020 income tax year tax returns.

Assuming you used TurboTax to prepare your 2019 income tax returns, you can simply log into your account and print out the state income tax return for 2019 for filing.
