I used your service in 2017 I need to know if South Carolina taxes were paid through you. South Carolina says they have not received payment.

TurboTax never pays your tax due, and will never know when, how or even if you paid your tax.   Your only proof that you paid your tax due would be your own bank or credit card records.   Sometimes people wrongly think their state tax due will be paid from a federal refund, but it cannot ever be paid from your federal refund.   Your issue with the state is your own issue to sort out.

You can print out copies of your returns.

You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
