I won 54000 in Maryland this year. I live in Florida so no state tax. Can I claim any of the 3780.00 that I paid in Maryland state taxs

You can claim that as state tax paid on your federal return. 

If the Maryland state tax was withheld and on a tax statement (Like a W-2G) the tax will flow to the federal return. 

 

You might also file a non-resident Maryland state return to determine if you owe additional tax (you shouldn't) or if you can get some of that withheld tax refunded (you might).

if you claim maryland tax on 1040 and then file MD for a refund, you will have to amend your 1040 to undo that claim.
