Question

I work and live in ut but my company sent me to ID for a couple days work my w2 took out state taxes for ut and id. why do I need to pay id taxes?

    You would only be required to file an Idaho tax return as a Nonresident if your total gross income from Idaho sources is more than $2,500.  Because you had withholding, you could file to get refunded.
