Question

I work for an Oregon company but frequently work in my home state of Washington where there is no federal income tax. How do I get this reflected on my taxes?

There is a federal income tax in all the states.  There is no personal income tax in the state of Washington.
In the Personal Info section you select your resident state as Washington.  Then you would also indicate that you worked in other states and select Oregon as the other state.
You will have to complete an Oregon non-resident tax return.
