Question

I work in GA. I moved from GA to SC in June of 2018. I still work in GA. Will Turbo tax support this filing? Does my filing status change?

Yes, TurboTax can complete the state tax returns needed for you for GA and SC.  When you set up your personal information in TurboTax, be sure to select that you lived in more than one state, plus that you earned money in more than one state (Georgia - since you still work there after moving to SC).  This way, you will a part-year resident return for GA and SC for the time period that you lived there and you will allocate your income between the two states.  Plus, you will need to file a non-resident GA return for time you worked in GA while living in SC.  TurboTax recommends that you complete non-resident tax returns first.  See more information and examples below in these FAQ's about moving and filing part-year resident and non-resident returns.
