Question

I work in the city of Flint, MI. I reside in Clio, MI. The system marked me as a Flint resident but I need to pay taxes as I work in Flint, I DO NOT reside there ?

Per the City of Flint, a local income tax of 1% is imposed on Flint residents and 0.5% for non-residents who work within the City. Since you work in the City of Flint, you would be liable to pay .5% of local income tax to the city.
