I worked for a traveling carnival in the state of Florida, My residence is CA, my W-2 is from PA. Do I need to claim non-residence of PA?

No.   Many paychecks are issued from "parent" companies in states other than the state in which you lived or worked.  You do not have to file a PA return just because the paychecks were sent from there.
