I worked in Maryland Jan.-May and Oklahoma June-Nov.

I live in Pennsylvania, I have filed my federal, Pennsylvania, and Oklahona taxes and after filing them realized I didn't file anything for Maryland. I'm not sure what to do

MD does not tax workers that reside in PA due to a reciprocal agreement between MD and PA. The Supreme Court stepped in June of 2015 to correct Maryland's evil ways.

 

You do not need to file and are fine. Here is a link for more information.
