I worked in Northridgville and live in Oberlin Ohio, can I take credit in the Oberlin city tax of the tax withheld in Northridgville?

Yes. Oberlin allows a 100% credit (up to 2.5%) for tax paid to the work place city. Since N. Ridgeville tax rate is only 1% and Oberlin is 2.5%, you will still owe 1.5%, of your salary, to Oberlin
