Question

If I have lived and worked in Oregon for over a year but have a Washington driver's license will I still get my Oregon tax refund?

You should be fine to get your OR income tax refund.  Not sure how picky OR is about having an OR driver's license in order to e-file.  I am in IL and and my state is super picky and will not let anyone e-file with an out of state license.   So you might have to file by mail if they are picky about that.

And....if you have already lived in Oregon for a year----it would be a good idea for you to see about getting an OR drivers license.
