Question

If i keep getting there is no record of your taxes filed for ri state refund what do i do?

Did you file them for sure?  Did you e-file or mail them?

 

If you e-filed, verify that they were accepted and not rejected.  You would have received an acceptance text or email or it would also show the status on your TurboTax home page.  

 

If you mailed them, how long has it been?  It generally takes longer for them to process mailed returns.
