If I lived in Missouri but worked in Illinois, do I have to complete a Missouri tax return? I made no money in Missouri, I don't own any property (full time student).

You will need to file a full year resident return with the state of Missouri and a full year non resident return with the state of Illinois. You will get credit on your Missouri return for taxes paid to Illinois
