If I lived in New Jersey and worked in PA do I need to file NJ and PA or just NJ?

    Just NJ unless you have PA taxes withheld on your W-2. 

     PA and NJ have reciprocal Income Tax Agreement. 

    New Jersey residents are not subject to Pennsylvania income tax. Compensation means salaries, wages, tips, fees, commissions, bonuses, and other payments received for services rendered as an employee.
