Are you e-filing? Then, no, TurboTax will do it for you.

 

If you are printing and mailing then you normally would attach any forms that have withholding. If four of the W-2s have withholding for only one state, then you don't need to send copies of those W-2s to the other states.

 

If the state requests them later, well, send them what they ask for.
