IL state part time resident

I lived in IL state for half the year. I contributed to IL college 529 plans to the max limit (20k). Does being a part time resident give you the same tax benefit as a full time resident or do I get a lower deduction?

Based on the instructions for IL-1040 Schedule NR, there is no reduction to the amount of your deduction for contributions to the Illinois 529 plans if you are a part-year resident of Illinois.

"Include the total amount of the following: “Bright Start” or “Bright Directions” College Savings Pool contributions and “College Illinois” Prepaid Tuition Program contributions from your Schedule M, Other Additions and Subtractions for Individuals, Lines 12a, 12b, and 12c"
