Illinois e-File - Rejected for secondary driver's license # being invalid

I just can't get past this error trying to e-file in Illinois. I have tried 3 times, tripled checked we have the correct DL#. I called the IDOR and the DL# they have on file is the one I entered.

How can I get around this issue?

IL is pretty picky about the DL information. If you have checked and re-checked ---and made sure you are entering a valid IL drivers license and did not mix up the issue and expiration dates with each other (an easy mistake to make) then if it were me, I would give it up and just mail the state return to IL. (I also live in IL).

I ended up mailing it in (USPS).

90 minutes on the phone (45 minutes with each), Turbo Tax said it was Illinois, Illinois said it was Turbo Tax. Not a pleasant experience...
