Illinois e-filing not working

I purchased TurboTax Delux 2023 to file federal and state (Illinois) returns electronically.

The federal return was smooth, but I could not get the state return in due to "Consent to Disclosure". I submitted all required information (driver's license and the like) for state return and checked Consent to Disclosure, but it keeps saying "Consent and Signature Needed. Make sure that all required information has been entered or you can choose to file by mail". I cannot move forward from here. I paid for this service not to file by mail. Please help.

What you're describing happens from time to time. Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies, then try again.
