Illinois return keeps getting rejected. Reject Code IL1040-8600-2

My Illinois state return keeps getting rejected (I’ve tried fixing it four times now) and it gives me Reject Code IL1040-8600-2. I went through everything and my drivers license number is 100 percent accurate. And it got rejected AGAIN. After speaking with a turbo tax specialist for over an hour she told me that I needed to enter an IL PIN. I retrieved my 8 digit IL PIN and entered it while E-Filing and yet it STILL gets rejected. This is the same reason my Illinois state return was rejected last year and it was never resolved. I am at my wits end and I don’t know what to do!

could be something else.  here's a complete reason for the code

What happened IL1040-8000-2 - This return could not be processed for electronic filing by Illinois because of an issue with one or more of the pieces of information used to validate the signature: IL PIN, Prior Year AGI, Driver's License or State ID Number. IL1040-8600-2 - Please review and correct the Primary taxpayer's signature requirements. At least one of the following signature fields must be present and valid on the Dept. Of Revenue's file: IL PIN, Prior Year AGI, Driver's License or State ID Number.

if you use Il-pin delete the DL info.   also if you're married each taxpayer has a different pin.

When I was on the phone with the turbo tax specialist (she was also remotely viewing my screen) I entered the IL PIN and deleted the drivers license info. (Wouldnt let me do both) then filed again. And it STILL got rejected. I’m not married I’m single. So what gives? How can I get this **bleep** thing accepted? Like I said even my 2018 state refund was rejected for the same reason so I’d like to fix that too.

if your return from the previous year was rejected you may have to change the IL agi to zero.
