Illinois tax pension

For some reason when I do my Illinios taxes it is saying that I get a 12,000 dollar refund, I know that cant be the case because the only income besides my teacher pension is $44,000 and I only paid in about 1300,  what am I doing wrong

    Edit the 1099-R in thee federal section, and make sure box 12 isn't off by one extra digit.

    IF that is OK, then go edit any other tax forms you entered that had IL withholding showing on them.  One of them has to be off in some way.
