We lived in Maryland while on Active Duty. Sold both primary and secondary residences, retired and moved to Vermont. Intuit is taking capital gains from federal and applying to them to our part-year Vermont resident return. Can't see where to tell it to not include those gains which happened in Maryland and are taxed in Maryland.
