In the help box for the 2020 solar tax credit the percentage shown is 30%. But the calculate amount is 26%. Why is there a difference?

What is the solar tax rate for 2020?

The solar credit for tax year 2020 is 26%. It was 30% up to tax year 2019. It will decrease to 22% for tax year 2021.
