Indiana Form IN-W, Column H Error During Turbotax Review

I'm having an issue with filing my Indiana tax forms. I have income from Kentucky, am an Indiana resident, and pay local taxes in Kentucky.

During the final review before filing my Indiana taxes with Turbotax Online, I'm getting an error flagged for a blank field on my IN-W in column H. Per the Indiana form instructions I found online at IN.gov, I am to enter "95" for Kentucky, however the drop-down in Turbotax only lists Indiana counties, not other states.

How should I proceed? I've not had this issue in prior years.

Have you claimed the Kentucky local taxes as a Credit for Non-Indiana Local Taxes?

If not, that may be the reason that the Kentucky taxes have been pulled into the Indiana Form IN-W.
