Indiana Other Certified Credits

None of the scenarios for the Indiana OCC apply to me. I have not received any notification from the State about a certification number. TurboTax keeps asking me to fill in this information and I cannot find anywhere on the State website that will let me find this alleged Certification number. Have my taxes been e-filed or not?

If Indiana Schedule IN-OCC Other Certified Credits does not apply to your tax return, you should delete the form.

In TurboTax Online, forms may be deleted down the left side of the screen under Tax Tools / Tools / Delete a form.

To check your e-file status, sign in to TurboTax, and go to Tax Home (if you are not already there). If you have submitted your return, you will see a pending, rejected, or accepted status. See also this.
