Inquiry about State taxes for a K-1 when the LLC is in different state than my residential state

My 2 siblings and I set up an LLC in 2024 for a rental property in Louisiana. We each received a K-1 showing a loss for the LLC.  2 of us live in GA and the 3rd sibling lives in Louisiana where the LLC  is set up.  As a GA resident, will I need to file a Louisiana State tax return and a GA State tax return for my K-1???

No, LA does not require you to file unless you have income. See LA DOR - Who must file

You may.  Louisiana requires an income tax return on any income earned from Louisiana sources.  So if you have income for the year then you will need to file a Louisiana tax return and pay taxes on the income and then file your Georgia return.  In Georgia you will be able to take a credit for the taxes that you paid to Louisiana to reduce your Georgia tax bill.
