Is anyone from Intuit support listening or this is just a users' forum?
After a couple of posts here and spending several hours on the phone with support (the last one got disconnected without a call back), I am stuck not being able to download my State Product so I can do my taxes. I get an error for not being able to download. The easy solutions would be to give me a key to download it from the pay wall which is what I am offered after I get the error message. Is there a way of escalating this or ????. All solutions provided so far have been less than adequate. Anyone would do!!!
