Is it unusal for Federal Acceptance to take longer than 3 days

It is not common for it to take longer than 48 hours, but it does not indicate that there is a problem with your individual return.  Usually, it just means that the IRS is currently processing a large volume of returns and that yours is still in line to be processed.  As soon as the status changes, TurboTax will send you an e-mail or text message, if you selected the text option.
