Is my Colorado State TABOR refunded included on my tax forms? It’s not showing…

My husband and I should each be receiving $800 on Colorado’s TABOR refund, which should show on our State return.

Using TurboTax Online, I am able to claim the $800 TABOR refund.

 

In the Colorado state income tax return, see the screen Qualifying for the Colorado state sales tax refund.

 

 

The refund was credited on line 34 of 2023 Colorado Individual Income Tax Return.

 

 

Information about the refund may be found at the Colorado Department of Revenue website here.

 

it is important to note that certain individuals must file by April 15 in order to claim the refund.
