Is TABOR included in my Colorado taxes?

1. You have to enter the information.

 2. Using TurboTax Online, follow these steps:

1. Open TurboTax Online
2. Select Tax Home in the left pane
3. On the Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes
4. Select Start, Continue, Review/Edit, or Pick up where you left off
5. Proceed through the state screens
6. Select Done with credits and taxes on the Take a look at Colorado credits and taxes page, and continue through the state interview
7. Once you come to Qualifying for the Colorado state sales tax refund page, select No if you haven't been incarcerated in Colorado for 180 days or more during the tax year.
8. If appropriate, select Yes on the next Qualifying for the Colorado sales tax refund screen.
9. If you qualify, the You're getting the Colorado sales tax refund! screen should generate. Select Continue
10. Continue through the state questions

You can verify on line 34 CO return. You can verify your eligibility with TABOR.
