Is the Oregon kicker credit showing in your state returns? I cannot see it in mine currently for 2024.

The OR kicker is every other year---in odd number years. There was a kicker for 2023. No kicker for 2024. Try again next year for 2025.

Why does it say on the Oregon Revenue website that there is a kicker for 2024? And I'm also not seeing it reflected on Turbo Tax this year.

The Oregon “kicker" tax credit is how the state returns money to taxpayers when there is a revenue surplus. You need to have filed a 2022 tax return to get the kicker credit on your 2023 tax return.
