Is there a BUG in 2020 TurboTx Premier! Earned income exclusion amount should be 107600. but TurboTx Prem is showing me $105900??

You are correct, the maximum foreign earned income exclusion is $107,600 currently. Form 2555 on which you report the exclusion is not available yet in TurboTax, it is scheduled to be available on January 28. TurboTax cannot make all forms and schedules available when the program is released as the taxing authorities will not have all forms and schedules available until later in the tax filing season.
