Yes. Colorado residents pay tax on income earned everywhere so your Michigan unemployment is taxable to Colorado.

Michigan does not tax unemployment benefits received by nonresidents so you do NOT have to file a MI return.

Colorado has not recognized the federal $10,200 exemption for unemployment benefits for households with less than $150,000 in income so your entire unemployment benefit is taxable to CO.
