I found a couple issues with M1PR for '21. First When I tried to do my M1PR Turbo tax indicated I had no refund coming. I did the program by hand and had a  $2840.00 refund. Also once I had nothing coming, the form was deleted, from my forms list and I couldn't go back and look at it.

Also, I  did a relatives M1PR and once an amount was calculated< I could go no further. Couldn't even put in the routing info for direct deposit. I know I have to mail the form in.

You can remove the M1PR and file it separately. This will allow you to e-file your state tax return. The M1PR requires many additions to your federal AGI. Full instructions on pages 8 and 9 of 2021 Property Tax Refund Return (M1PR) Instructions.

To file online, go to Filing for a Property Tax Refund.

I don't know of any reason the program would stop you and not allow you to file. There should have been some reason. You can always Contact Us  for help.
