It’s asking for my tax liability off of my form 760 c but have no idea what that is Can anyone help

Form 760 C is Underpayment of Virginia Estimated Tax by Individuals, Estates and Trusts. If the question came up toward the end of your Virginia tax return, they are looking for the amount from line 17 of your 2018 Virginia tax return (Form 760).
