Since you are only working one tax year, you need to change the number of days to something 365 or less. If it were a leap year you could use 366. You should verify the states and dates of residency in the "My Info" section.
1. Click My Info on the left hand menu
2. Click Edit by your name and/or spouse to check verify state residency dates.
Only use dates between 1/1/2019 and 12/31/2019. If multiple states, there should be no overlap.

Log completely out of Turbo Tax.
Then, clear your cache and cookies within your browser and completely close out of it. I have included the Help Articles below if you need assistance with clearing cache or cookies.
Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax and see if this fixes the situation.
You can also try a different browser as well, or "incognito mode".
