It wants to know about my 2022 returns but none of the choices apply to me and I can’t continue

I did not need to file form it-202
I did not need to file form it-203
My return was for all 12 months
I filed a 2022 state return
I have the 2022 return
*these are the options I have but none of these apply to me so I can not continue my filing

You are saying that you did not file a return for 2022. Select I did not need to file form IT 203 since that it what you are filing this year. You are either moving into NY or a non-resident working there.
