Kansas allows credit for tax paid to the Missouri . Also, I have paid tax to the City of Kansas city, MO (KCMO). Can I also include that amout while claiming credit?

The Kansas tax insturction says they give credit for "taxes paid to another state and as well as to any political subdivision within such state". Hence, I am assuming I can include tax paid to KCMO.
