How do I purchase (add) a Kentucky return for my premier?

It depends.

Are you using the online version or desktop version?

If you are using the online version, you should be able to add the state return

After you have completed your federal return, select State in the left black panel.

Be sure you select your state and go through the entire interview section.  If your state is not listed, select Add Another State.
