Line 115 on 2022 CA Form 540 was 3217 yet Intuit states that my CA 2022 refund is 3334.On 2022 540, line 110 is 100 & line 91 is 17.Does Intuit add lines 115,110, & 91?

Does Intuit add lines 115, 110, & 91 on 2022 540 to determine 2022 CA refund amount (3217+xxx+xx=xxxx)? Line 110 is total contributions and line 91 is Use Tax.

The instructions for Form 540, Line 115 (refund) for 2022 on the form state "Subtract the sum of line 110, line 112, and line 113 from line 99 (overpaid tax available)".
