Live in Iowa but worked in Illinois

My daughter worked for a partial year in Illinois and they withheld Iowa taxes (says so right on the W-2).  The rest of the year, she worked in Iowa.  I am trying to prepare her taxes, and the program (Deluxe) is saying I need to file an Illinois tax return (list both states in the first window), please pay an additional fee for an additional state.  How do I get the state taxes finalized without having to do and pay for another state (Illinois)?

Go back to the Personal Info section and answer No to the questions about having income from other states.

Iowa and Illinois have reciprocity.  you are only taxed in your resident state
