Live in Jersey, worked in PA, receive unemployment benefits from PA

I live in New Jersey, but worked in Philadelphia, PA for 3 months and then was unemployed. I have received unemployment benefits from the Commonwealth of PA. Does the reciprocity agreement still work, or do I need to file a PA return for the unemployment.

No, you are not required to file a Pennsylvania return and report this income. Unemployment income is not taxable in the state of Pennsylvania. Please view page 2 of this Pennsylvania link for more information.
