For some reason my company claims us in MO for holiday and vacation pay, so I have both MO and KS taxes taken out.  When doing the MO return, on the 'Remote Work' screen, what is put in there, my whole salary or just the amount that is in the State Wages box on the W-2?  Then, on the next screen when it shows the full salary in the first column, what do I put in the 'Income from Missouri Sources' column, 0 or the same number I put in the previous screen?

You can enter the entire amount for Remote Work.  The Income from Missouri sources should be zero so you do not pay tax on it.

If I do that, then I get every dollar back from Missouri.  I guess that's the expectation, right?

That's correct. Since you didn't physically work in Missouri, none of your income would be taxable to Missouri. You should get a refund of all of your Missouri tax withheld. You can request that your employer stop withholding tax for Missouri since you don't owe Missouri tax.
