I live in New Hampshire (no income tax). Taught a college course remotely for school in Connecticut. I never set foot in Connecticut. They deducted Connecticut State income taxes from my salary. According to my research, I shouldn't owe them anything. How do I get it back?

You had CT source of income. File a CT non-resident tax return and get your withholdings back if you do not have any tax liability.
