Live in NYC, work outside of NYC (still in NY State)

For the first part of this year, I lived in New York City but worked outside of the city in Orange County, NY. Do I owe NYC income taxes on this income? Turbotax doesn't seem to include it for NYC income taxes, but I'm not sure if this is right based on what I have read.

Does anyone know the answer to this? I can't seem to find it anywhere or find any official guidance on the matter!
