Currently filing a non-resident NJ tax form in addition to MA tax form.

I have 1 job for a NJ-based company, and my state taxes are withheld in NJ.

I never go to NJ for work so how do I answer the question "did you earn all of your wages in new jersey?"

I answered "No I earn some in another state" and then further mentioned that I earned $0 in NJ.

Is this correct?

Yes, that is correct.  If you are 100% remote and do not step foot in NJ for work, then you would enter $0 as the amount you earn in NJ.  Then you should get a refund for the taxes withheld for NJ.

Also, you should have your employer change your withholdings to MA so you can avoid underpayment penalties since they are not paying the state you actually owe taxes to.
