LLC State Filing Rejected - TurboTax does not Show

Received an email during filing for a CA State return that "/CA-Return/CA-ReturnHeader/SoftwareId - Data in the return is missing or invalid." Email says to login to TurboTax and it will explain what happened and how to fix and re-submit. Turbo Tax HAS NO information about this failure in the application. It says Federal and State taxes are done and good. However, the filing status for CA LLC return still shows rejected. What is wrong with Turbo Tax? Why won't it show me what got rejected?

CA LLC is not yet approved for efile within TurboTax. It is expected to be finalized by 2/14/2020.

In the meantime, you can print and mail the return, if you do not want to wait.
